POWR's own Joy Jones recently won first place in the "Quick Finish" competition, held during the opening reception for the 2nd Annual Fremont County Art Exhibit. Congratulations, Joy! You will be able to see Joy's work now through January 11 at the Robert A. Peck Arts Center at Central Wyoming College in Riverton, WY.
